Michelle Sartorio is a growth adviser with over 20 years of international experience in strategy, sustainability, strategic communications, marketing, partnerships & innovation. She has established her reputation as a strategic counselor to some of the most innovative and influential organisations in the planet, across a broad range of topics including: corporate and product disruption, sustainability & impact strategy, ESG-led engagement programmes, value proposition, scaling-up positioning strategy, lead generation, investor relations, narrative building, public relations, partnerships and digital transformation.
Through her career, Michelle held leading positions and/or collaborated with projects with organisations such as: KPMG, The World Economic Forum, HSBC Global Asset Management, Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM), Brookfield Asset Management, Savills Investment Management, M&G, Portugal Telecom and Telecom Italia.
She is an advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and is passionate about rethinking businesses and crafting strategies to drive long-term sustainable value and impact. Michelle often contributes to thought papers and speaks in industry events. She recently completed the Prince of Wales’s Business & Sustainability Programme at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership, holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, a BA (hons) in Communications, and an Investment Management Certification (IMC), by the CFA UK.
